1. Contact Us First
If you have any issues with your order, you must contact us directly at boujeeblondelane@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.
2. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraudulent. We keep detailed records of all orders, including:
• Order confirmation
• Shipping address
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmation
• Communication history
All evidence will be submitted to the bank to fight the chargeback.
Customers who file false or unauthorized chargebacks will be banned from future purchases.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Boujee Blonde is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or theft. These instances do not qualify for chargebacks.
4. Pre-Orders & Processing Times
All pre-orders are FINAL SALE. Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout and may change due to supplier or shipping delays. Filing a chargeback due to standard processing delays will be disputed.
5. Digital Evidence
By placing an order, you agree that Boujee Blonde may submit order details, IP address, delivery proof, and communication records to the bank during a dispute investigation.
6. Refunds Over Chargebacks
We always prefer to resolve any issue with a refund, store credit, or replacement (when applicable) rather than a chargeback. If your request qualifies under our Return Policy, we will make it right.
